process and products will outlast any oil based product on the market and our
sealer will not turn gray. Your wood will always look new.
We use POLY-SEAL which is a semi-transparent water based acrylic polymer.

Restoration Process
Upon providing you with an estimate we will evaluate the condition of your deck and
propose the proper restoration technique.
PROCESS
1. We apply by spray, a mixture of clorox and water to dissolve and kill existing algae
or mold. This process also breaks down old oil based sealers.
2. Pressure wash, which cleans wood and opens fibers in wood.
3. Apply first coat of sealer using airless and hand techniques while wood is damp.
4. Apply second coat of sealer in same fashion while first coat is semi-dry.
After 2nd coat stay off deck for 24 hours. Drying time depends on outside
temperature and humidity levels.

Our sealer is not oil based. Our sealer is a water based acrylic polymer, not paint.
Our sealer is semi-transparent.
Our sealer reacts with the damp wood and UV rays to form a layer of protection for
your wood.
Our sealer contains pigment for UV protection.
Our sealer contains an anti-fungicide to prevent algae and mildew growth between
the wood and sealer.
Our sealer is non-toxic therefor environmentally safe and biodegradable.
Our washing or sealing process and products will not harm you vegetation or
animals.
